Sorry I made you guys wait an extra day. Those suspender tights needed to be shared first.
So we remember this from 2 posts ago.

What I forgot to mention was the origin of these 2 Elsa Peretti open heart sterling charms.
They are 2 of my most valuable thrift finds. I got them at the Value Village in Burnaby. Each were only $10.00. Hard to believe I actually contemplated whether I should get both of them. Good thing I did, or else I would be kicking myself everyday.
Here is the outfit!
One Teaspoon mustard kimono from J2 Clothing
Wilfred Silk top from Aritzia
Woven maxi skirt from Talize
Aldo clogs
Cambridge Satchel Co bright orange Fluoro purse from Holt Renfrew
Faux foxtail from Front and Company
I think these harvest colours go so well together. There is something about an understated outfit that combines to harmoniously.
I chose to add pops of colour with my accessories, and that included these 2 hair flowers from H&M.
I love how fun these sleeves are. Added drapey volume gets me everytime, it's all style and no bulk.
My favourite thing, this kimono is totally beltable and it changes the whole look. Pieces that can be worn in multiple ways maximizes bang for the dollar.
Season appropriate outfits are a thing of the past. As I browse other blogs, I see that fashion envelopes are being stretched to the max.
Colours, pattern and texture show up year around. Even though this outfit reminds of golden bushels of grain during an autumn harvest it's also ever so appropriate for the spring time. The seasonality is show cased via the light weight and flowiness of the fabrics.
Now if it will just stop raining.
